Police Dashcam Shows Deer Thought Dead Gets Up And Runs Away

A caller called in to the Adams County Sheriff's office Thursday night to say he had hit a deer and put the so-called dead deer in his car. The caller says once he arrived home, he found the deer was alive and moving. An Adams County deputy met the man at his vehicle. The man opened his back hatch and pulled the deer out. That is when the deer took off running into the woods.
