Channa Channa Channa VLogs – Ep39 – Sonia Anubis

In this episode, Channa Channa Channa talks to Sonia Anubis the guitarist of Crypta and Cobra Spell from The Netherlands. Sonia is also the ex-guitarist of Burning Witches. Channa discovered Sonia a few years ago via Burning Witches and has been a fan ever since.

Sonia born in The Netherlands started playing Bass when she was just 14 years. She is a big fan of Kiss which inspired her to pursue music. After listening to Rust in Peace by Megadeth Sonia decided to start playing the Guitar. Sonia played for many bands as a bassist and joined Burning Witches in 2018 as a guitarist.

Recently Sonia has started two bands Crypta and Cobra Spell.

Sonia talks about her early music, her influences, her favorite guitarists and bassists, her time with Burning Witches, touring and performing in major festivals. She also talks about the stories behind both Crypta and Cobra Spell. She is looking forward to releasing music with these bands and touring the world with them.
