Dashcam Video Of Officer-Involved Shooting in New Jersey

A man who was shot by a police officer during a traffic stop allegedly had a gun at the time of the shooting, authorities announced Wednesday. Edmond Brown, Jr., 38, has been charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon by certain persons, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said. The incident occurred Oct. 29 around 9:40 a.m. on North Route 130 near Alabama Road in Haddon Township. Police allege Brown was operating a vehicle when an officer initiated a traffic stop. When the officer tried to identify the driver, Brown drove away and crashed into a parked car.
