Speed cushions coming to Winton Hills to curb dangerous driving

Speeding drivers and more than two dozen crashes -- that's the reason Cincinnati's Department of Transportation is trying out a new pilot program to help keep neighbors in Winton Hills safe through the use of speed cushions.
