Bodycam Shows Cops Rescuing Dog from Sewer Drain

Police body camera video released by Cleveland Police shows officers saving a life. A tiny dog fell down a sewer drain, and officers jumped into action. It happened last month on Cleveland’s east side near Yale and St. Clair. Daphne, fell into a sewer drain, and her owner, Edna Sutton called 911. "And so I told ‘em, I'm not gonna move. Dead or alive, she's going home. That's my child in that hole, and I was very upset,” Sutton said. At first, she heard some splashing, then silence. Sutton says a dispatcher told her no one could come to help. Then 5th district officers arrived. They called detective Sean Smith.
