Storing potatoes in the south. Atlanta style in July

I was determined to find a way to store my early spring potato harvest in the Atlanta summer heat and they stay between 45 and 60 degrees regularly with 90+% humidity. After 2 and a half months of attempting to find a way....I Have done it with 100% success. It's now Sept. 10th and out of around 100 only 6 have any sprouts and ZERO rotten ones. Soooo good tasting
