Savannah cats (scientific name: Hybrids of Leptailurus serval, Felis catus) is a new breed that began in the eighties of the twentieth century, specifically in 1986, in which the first Savannah cat was born, and was named after the homeland of its father.

Savannah cats are distinguished by their long and slender bodies, which reach about 40 cm in length, and large ears. Males are always larger than females. Their common colors are brown, gray and black with black or brown spots, circular or oval. [4] Savannah cats can jump about 8 feet in height. They are an athletic, feisty, intelligent cat, with an average weight of 4.5 to 9 kg. [5]
