Channa Channa Channa VLogs – Ep34 – JC De Leon

In this episode, Channa Channa Channa talks to his friend and Yoga teacher JC De Leon. Channa met JC in 2011 during Metal Concerts. They have been friends ever since.

JC De Leon is a Metalhead and his first concert was Metallica Live in Manila in 1993. He also attended countless concerts in the Philippines and abroad and was able to see great acts like Rage Against The Machine, Slayer, Dream Theater, Beastie Boys, Foo Fighters, Sonic Youth and many more.

JC is also a Martial Artist, Yin Yoga Master. He first learned Yoga from his mother when he was a kid and has never stopped practising it. JC specialized in Yin Yoga and he founded Konscious Spirit Yoga.

JC talks about growing up, having music and yoga influences at home, attending his first Metal concert, attending a lot of great shows in Manila and abroad, practising yoga to teaching Yoga. JC also shared how to have a positive outlook amidst the chaotic times and keep a peaceful mind through Yoga and Meditation.
