Presumably the final President of the Establishment's Afghanistan Regime, Ashraf Ghani was the perfect crook for the job. He was crafted in the Neoliberal Institutions, worked in their Organizations and was elected very fairly and honestly using their tactics. It was a position he and only one other man held, oddly enough once his predecessor started to get a little lippy, Ghani got the freshly opened seat. Weird.

But how did a man, who was so loved by the Media and Establishment, so quickly sell out his country and take off with over $169,000,000 in cash and prizes? He was crafted in Neolib Institutions, weren't you listening?
