NSW police nearly killed a person because he did not wear a mask

NSW police officers nearly killed a person at Bass Hill shopping centre yesterday because he did not wear a mask.. He was handcuffed and put to ground, treated harshly, until he collapsed as he had heart problems for years. He was then rushed to hospital in critical, but stable, conditions.
