Baked Aioli & Manchego Bread 👌🏻

Aioli:
•1 large egg yolk (room temp).
•1/2 tsp honey.
•1/2 garlic clove (use your microplate).
•salt/pepper to taste.
•1 tbsp. lemon juice.
•1 tsp Dijon mustard.
•1/4 cup avocado oil.
•1/4 cup olive oil.
Bread:
•6 slices ciabatta.
•Spanish mancheron to taste.
•Smoked Salmon.
•Dill.
•Chives.
•Olive oil.
Directions :
1.- emulsify your aioli in an immersion blender. Note, if you are making my hand or in a blender/food processor emulsify everything with 2 tbsp. look and add the rest of the oil at the end in a very slow stream.
2.-smear all it over the bread and top with mancheron.
3.- bake at 400 for about 15 min. Check often. Every oven is different!
4.- top with chives and oil or salmon and chives.
