Island-Themed Kitchen Renovation? (Sims 4: Dream Home Decorator)

I was tasked with renovating Sergio and Joaquin's kitchen. They liked Island Decor, but hated Boho, Mid Century, and Storybook Decor. I could work with that. I thought it would be a piece of cake. Boy, was I wrong, lol!Show more

The space is huge, so I struggled with trying to figure out the layout and ended up pretty much keeping that the same. After I finished, though, I thought of a better arrangement that would've had the space for a dining table. But it was already done, so that was a missed opportunity. And I'm not even sure this looks island-themed, but I did my best. Most of the things I used were tagged as "island".

Needless to say, I wasn't very happy with the end result, but the clients loved it and even gave me a bonus, so, yay! Hopefully, I'll do better on the next reno. Anyone else struggle with decorating big spaces?
