Taliban's control of Afghanistan could prompt a rise in terrorist activities

Marvin Weinbaum of The Middle East Institute says as the Taliban fully consolidates power overtime, they will realize they have "a great deal in common" with terrorist groups like Al-Qaeda and ISIS.
