Ingredients:

1.5 kilo pork feet
2 cups coca-cola
2 cups water
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp calamansi juice
1 tsp peppercorns
1 large onion, sliced
4 gloves garlic, onions
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 star anis
5 bay leaves
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter (optional)
1 tbsp cornstarch diluted with 1 tbsp water
Dried banana blossom (optional)
