This week I've got a hearty and healthy breakfast/brunch for ya. Heck, you can eat this for dinner too! It is so good and it's whole 30 approved. You have to get some Sweet Potato Hash Breakfast Bowl in your life.

INGREDIENTS:
• Lot of Prayer and Tons of Love
• 1 large sweet potato (diced small)
• 1 - 2 chicken apple sausage cut up
• 1 - 2 eggs
• 2 cloves of garlic diced
• 1/4 cup of red onion diced
• 1/3 cup each of red and yellow bell pepper
• 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 1/2 tsp Paprika
• 1 1/2 tsp Tumeric
• 1/2 -1 tsp of thyme leaves
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon (the star punch of the dish)
*Serve it over some greens or veggies like I did and you are all set!
