Language arts lessons with police shootings, racism, oppression, gender norms. One of several books with an anti-police theme and gratuitous profanity (f word 53 times, sh word 100 times, damn 77 times). Multiple lesson materials that slipped under the radar until parents discovered them. Parents want *all* lesson materials and books posted online. We want transparency!
