The recent week was marked by a series of volatile world politics. First we had a military coup in the African country of Guinea over the weekend. Then the upcoming elections in Germany and Canada, for both of which - the current ruling party - have low approval ratings, which adds to the uncertainty to the future direction of the world. In particular, the sudden death of the German ambassador to China just two weeks after he took office has shocked the world.
