There’s a week to go before the September 14 recall election of California Governor Gavin Newsom. If Larry Elder becomes governor of California, it is very likely that he will appoint a Republican to replace Senator Dianne Feinstein who is currently retiring, and the Republican would become the majority party in the Senate.

On Sunday, September 5, Rep. Michael McCaul revealed to Fox News that the Taliban is holding Americans remaining in Afghanistan as hostages right now and it seems the United States is likely to pay a greater price for Biden's failure in withdrawing from Afghanistan.
