Does seeing stadiums packed with people mean Americans are declaring they will live their lives again?

There were chants heard at multiple Football games of many Americans yelling expletives about Joe Biden. The images and videos of these stadiums show thousands of packed fans shoulder to shoulder enjoying the game as if the pandemic is not a threat at all. Americans are declaring that they will live their lives and assess their own risk.
