(PCSX2) PCSX2 - 2nd way to implement cheats PNACH way

Hey Yo! Guys! another way to cheat for PCSX2 emulator, this time using Pnach files.

Just an alternative way from Codebreaker disc, both have its pros and cons.

- Codebreaker has preinstalled cheats and you can activate which cheats you want. If you can't find your game on the disc you would need to try in a new entry and it can take a long time depending on the length of the code.

- Pnach file you need to find each game and either use all the cheats in the file or put in your cheats or take the codes out you don't want. Creating the cheats is much faster as it should be cut and paste job.
I haven't looked into creating a Pnach file from scratch so I can't tell you really much.

In the end both ways work.
