Iraq seeks neighborly help with shrinking rivers

Environmental activists and local officials in northern Iraq say a lack of rainfall is not the only reason for widespread water shortages this year. In the case of the once-swirling river Sirwan, they are also pointing the finger at their neighbors upstream in Iran, accusing them of partly controlling the flow before it crosses the border.
