Valuable and Vicious Viruses - Joseph Kezele, M.D.

Both evolutionary and biblical models of the origin of viruses are presented, followed by a brief survey of viral types and their interaction with human cells. Beneficial uses of viruses in medical treatment and a few selected viral diseases are discussed. This talk ends with some comments on the current Covid-19 situation and a novel approach to vaccination.
