CINNAMON APPLE CAKE 😍

This is one of my favourite cakes ever!! 🍏
It’s super moist and packed with juicy apples, a buttery cinnamon swirl, and topped with a sweet, sugary glaze 🤤

Here’s what you’ll need👇

Apple mix:
2 x apples, peeled and diced
45g granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Cake:
360g Plain flour
200g Granulated sugar
4 tsp Baking powder
300ml Whole milk
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
110g Unsalted butter, melted

Cinnamon swirl:
120g Unsalted butter, melted
150g Light brown sugar
2 tbsp Cinnamon

Glaze:
200g Icing Sugar
40ml Milk

Tin size: 8x10”
Bake 170C (fan) 40-45 mins
