Mini Corn Dog recipe, inspired the "The Cozy Dogs" drive in

For our Route 66 Party, we decided to make mini corn dogs, since our stop at the Cozy Dogs Drive in was one of my favorites. These were the biggest hit of the party, so we thought we'd share the recipe!
