7mm08 Drives Tacks @ 200 Yards With Hand Loads but Hornady ELD-X Fails Big Time

I do some shooting with the 7mm08 on the 100 and 200 yard range and the 7mm08 Drives Tacks @ 200 yards with Hand Loads

Then find the Hornady precision hunter 150 grain ELD-X bullets are worthless for even target practice let alone trying to hunt with them getting 14 inch groups at 200 yards

Not sure what is wrong with Hornady as recently I tried 165 grain Hornady American Whitetails in my 308 with the same results of groups so big they are worthless for even target shooting
