Are you being led down false rabbit holes of distraction
looking for truth but it really influences your perception
Trying to do “research” online is infiltrated by a dark side
steering you in a direction to mislead you on a wild ride

Main stream media holds a grain of truth in their reports
alternative sites are doing the same their function purports
Hours upon hours of following breadcrumbs will only divert
up is down and down is up while making your reality invert

Walk away from it all and step out once again into real life
take a break from negative “reporting” causing you strife
Humanity has more kindness than hate seen in the news
the mindset where you decide to live in is yours to choose

Yes there are occurrences hurtful and sad happening everyday
the choice is ours to live in whichever reality we can takeaway
Take a step back and really look at the bigger picture unfolding
there is value in these lessons learned, without self scolding

There is a conscious awakening making people more aware
if we are to somehow survive these days we mustn’t be cavalier
Remember to learn from your experiences and take what you will
use caution when in believing from where you get your next red pill
