Flag Pole Vandals and Flag Theives

September 4, 2021, 8:54 pm, a pickup truck drives south in the 3900 block of Mayfair Street in Dearborn Heights, turns off its headlights while moving, and stops in front 3964 Mayfair Street. Two unknown white males exit the passenger side of the vehicle, and walk across the street, and step on the easement in front of 3955 Mayfair Street. They walk north along the sidewalk and out of the frame of the camera, which was located in the front window of the address. The homeowner's in-ground flag pole is situated immediately off camera, to the north, approximately 10 feet from the front of the house. Moments later, the homeowner is alerted by a strange sound. The two unknown subjects can then be seen running from the scene, across the street, and into the waiting truck, which then drives south. Upon inspection, the homeowner discovers the flag pole had been pulled to the ground, and broken at the base. The attached solar spot light is damaged beyond repair, and two flags (one US flag and one "Impeach Biden" flag) which had been affixed to the flag pole are missing, along with their attachment hardware.
