Someone recently asked me if nascent iodine is superior to Lugol's iodine because they had learned from some sources that Lugol's iodine does not absorb well so it's best to avoid it and only use nascent iodine.

This is a question that I have been asked time and time again so I thought I would make this extensive video where I share with you why I never recommend nascent iodine over Lugols iodine, why Lugols iodine is superior to nascent iodine, how there is no research that proves that nascent iodine can remove halides whilst also saturated bodily tissues which is key for reversing an iodine deficiency and much more.
