If you work with children its logical to take a training on reporting child abuse, but should those trainings imply to you that you are probably a racist? Should your Manditory reporter trainings have you second guessing when you want to report a Black or Native American child because you see abuse indicators? No, that could lead to more abuse towards kids that are Black or Native American, not less abuse. Thanks Oregon for abusing your employees...
