Where are the Autopsies?

The CDC's VAERS database is supposed to be used to detect when vaccines might be causing adverse side effects in humans. An unusually high number of adverse effects might raise a 'signal' that is supposed to be investigated by the CDC. Unfortunately, the CDC doesn't seem to think that an increase of 100 times the amount of deaths is a signal. This video points out this fact.
