Police checking people in Moonee Beach Shopping centre for donning of masks.

Very brief video to commemorate the first occasion that Police are enforcing mask mandates in my local area where there are no SARS-CoV-2 positive cases. Not even own our sewerage. On the same day that Afghani's came out of lockdown - not a Covid lockdown but that's not the point. The point is they attended a super-spreader event to watch a cricket match presumably between the Afghanis and the Taliban. Nobody was wearing a mask.
