LAKEWOOD, CALIF. — The office of state assemblyman and the assembly's speaker, Anthony Rendon, locked out a local citizen as he was trying to deliver a letter protesting the city's homelessness and crime, as well as Rendon's support for destructive housing mandates. However, Special Assistant instructed the citizen to slide the letter under the door.

NOTE: Several gun scares at an area high school and somewhere else nearby occurred this day. While that could understandably make one nervous, the bank at the bottom floor of the high-rise complex was open to visitors, and the tens if not hundreds of nearby business nearby were open.
