Please get help if you need it. Use the VA as much as you can even if they suck in your area. Some help is better than none! Talk to some one if you are feeling down, upset, depressed or in any way like your life has no meaning! DO NOT LET THE DEPRESSION WIN! DO NOT LET "THEM" WIN! Needing help is not weakness. Do not let anyone tell you to "get over" whatever is going on. Please do not become a statistic.
