Covid Lies in Tampa

After local news stations making claims that the hospitals and morgue is running out of capacity three days ago I rode by the county morgue. All quiet and extra rental transport refrigeration containers not even plugged in nor are the breakers on. Parking lot almost empty this Friday morning. I wonder what they are paying for those coolers not even being used?
