Mouthwatering salmon stroganoff recipe

Thanks for watching Its Only Food w/Chef John Politte. In this video we are showing you how to make Salmon Stroganoff. Here is the recipe:

INGREDIENTS
• 1-pound fresh salmon, cubed
• 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
• 3 Tablespoons salted butter
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1/3 onion-diced
• 1 teaspoon beef base
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
• 2 Tablespoons chives, chopped
• 1 teaspoons basil
• 1 teaspoons oregano
• ½ bag egg noodles

INSTRUCTIONS
• In a large pot, begin boiling water for noodles.
• Warm a large frying pan on medium/high heat, melt the butter and cook the garlic and onion
• Once the butter begins to melt, add the mushrooms, and cook until the butter absorbs into the mushrooms.
• Add in heavy whipping cream and increase the heat to high.
• Once the cream begins to boil, reduce the heat to medium, add parmesan cheese and other seasonings, and stir.
• Once all the ingredients are combined, add the salmon, and cook for 3-5 minutes.
• Salmon will appear a pinkish white when finished. Remove a piece of the salmon and check to make sure it is fully cooked.
• Combine salmon mixture with noodles in a large bowl and top with chives.
