Model ship deck making can take many forms, in this video, I show you how I make my deck boards and why I do it this way.

There is no wrong way, only different ways and I do not believe that any should be called "fake".

In your model ship making, you should always strive for historical accuracy, so for instance, research the size of the deck boards and try your hardest to recreate this look. Go slowly.
