Rhinoceros commonly known as rhino, is a member of the five extant species of odd-toed ungulates in the family Rhinocerotidae, as well as any of the numerous extinct species therein. Two of the extant species are native of Africa, and other three of South and Southeast Asia.

Speed: White rhinoceros: 50 km/h, Indian rhinoceros: 55 km/h, Black rhinoceros: 55 km/h
Gestation period: White rhinoceros: 16 – 18 months, Indian rhinoceros: 15 to 16 months.
Height: White rhinoceros: 1.7 to 1.9 m, Indian rhinoceros: 1.6 to 1.9 m.
