Andrew’s “Fast Five” Answers:

If you lost your business, had $500 in your pocket, place to live, laptop computer. What would you do first? This has actually happened to me. What I did and what I would do again would be to stop, take a breath, say a prayer and then start contacting my network.
What is the biggest business mistake that you have made? It would definitely be starting a business that required a significant amount of capital but being undercapitalized.
What is a good book that you would recommend? The Smart Business Exit by Geoff Green https://amzn.to/2Vffjvx
What is a tool that you use in your business every day that you would recommend? I use a tool called Daylite https://daylitemac.com/more-about-daylite
How do we get a hold of you? The easiest way is to contact me through email at wboll@Nvolvetechnologies.com.

I have the knowledge and relationships. I would first use the money on the Sales Navigator on Linkedin. Schedule meetings to find out pain points, what they need.
I waited too long to get out of corporate world. The second was allowing a rockstar sales person to run the show. Should have let him go. It hurt the culture of my team. People make the difference. Attitude beats skills.
