In this video, I share my tried and true habits for good health and longevity.
I put together 12 of these habits and today, it's the first six:
- cut out sugar and seed oils out of your diet
- drink mostly water
- do weight/ HIIT training
- eliminate snacking
- breath through your nose
- take cold showers
