Kayak Launch in the Allegany River

If you live around this area, try the kayak launch located behind the Salamanca high school. Remember there’s no kayak receptacle. We have to get out in the mud and mosquito infested weeds along a steep bank. Thankfully my friend’s Sweetie comes and picks us up with his truck. We meet at the Old Bridge, 4 miles down River. It takes us a good two hours to get to our destination.
