Employers have to prepare a Full Risk Assessment Under Section 3 of the Health and Safety at Work Management Regulations 1999 examining any pre existing conditions underlying vulnerabilities, allergic responses etc, of each of their employees before they can think about mandating the Jab as a condition of employment.
