Blue Noise locations part 1/3

This is the last thing for me to do in this game and that is to show you where all the boss noise battles are. They can be chained with normal enemies to boost the drop rates. When trying to go for the maximum amount reduction chain battles with these guys, be careful not to let all of your gathered enemies be red noises or else you won't be able to get the boss in the chain. Defeating the blue noises the first time will get you a secret report. I can't get #9 right now because you need to complete the whole social network board for it. #24 is also off-limits to me because you need to get all of the previous secret reports for it.

NEO: The World Ends with You can be played on the Nintendo Switch or the Playstation 4. There's a PC version of it coming out later this year.
