John Kerry visits Japan to discuss cutting emissions

U.S. climate envoy John Kerry held talks in Tokyo on Tuesday with Japan's Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga and other ministers on cooperation on carbon emissions and cutting support for fossil fuels.
