Police morale, real-estate factor! Yep! Hear me out about police morale!
What do I mean when I state my thoughts about the police officer job being like real estate?

I will explain because right now, this one word I will mention can be a big factor in whether or not to work as a police officer.

When I started working as a police officer in 2007, working conditions were different. The stress level has gone through the roof compared to 07. Am I saying it was perfect back then, no. There was, is, and will always be the need for police officers to strive to be better at what we do.

But unfortunately, since the fallout of the George Floyd tragedy, crime has risen and the demands on law enforcement are becoming enormous!

I discuss a recent article I read about how the Louisville Police Chief stated that officers are hesitant to do the job. That's good for the citizens of that city.
