Suicide threat is real for anyone and Herbie Mack talks about his attempts at suicide. This is crucial for police as well because of the suicide rate.

Herbie Mack, just like everyone else did not believe he was ever going to be suicidal, yet the threat became a reality and it can become a reality for anyone!

If you are feeling hopeless, down and out, overwhelmed, you do not want to miss this interview.

Here is Herbie's Bio and website:

Herbie Mack, Founder & CEO of Just Believe. I created Just Believe to highlight and remove the stigma surrounding anxiety & depression, particularly among men. I’m a life coach whose focus is helping goal-oriented men who are struggling to reach their potential by helping them remove the social masks they wear to cover up depression & anxiety.

I struggled with depression for more than 10 years and attempted suicide on more than one occasion. Now, I am using my story and my experience helping others to advocate for mental health awareness and enhance the conversation surrounding mental self-care and ambition.

Unfortunately, struggling with and seeking treatment for mental health struggles remains taboo. Some of us just need someone to talk to who can provide a listening ear and guide us toward the healing that we are seeking, while others require additional assistance of medications as prescribed by a psychiatrist.

But, most of us don’t know what we need or how to attain it. While I am not a licensed mental health professional, I have created relationships with mental health professionals in order to provide an avenue for a greater network of support for my clients should they need it.
