Police and depression can be a real threat to law enforcement because police are human, and, well, police see depressing situations. But the highs and lows of the job can pave the way for depression.

We are all sad at times, but the continuous presence of these symptoms and tendencies may be the indication of depression. I'll cover them in this video, based on my book, "Mental Health Fight Of The Heroes in Blue".
