Is it possible to feel comfortable in a police uniform? Well, not 100% but there are ways to make it tolerable in my experience.

Get rid of belt keepers. "But Scott, I don't have time to slip each piece of equipment on! But Scott what if I have to jump into a lake and rescue someone? I'll need to drop the uniform belt quickly!"

I'll address this.

There are other things you can do to prevent discomfort, but ultimately being in a police uniform is a stressor on the body because of the added weight.
