Police suicide awareness must be brought more front and center. Unfortunately, police officers are still dying more by their own hands than being shot while on duty.

****In the video I meant reportedly that 32 police officers have committed suicide so far in 2021.****

I have battled mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and more because of experiences in the Marines and while serving as a police officer. You might be thinking, "Wow, you're messed up!" No, I am just aware, and vulnerable enough to admit I have needed help along the way.

Police must have awareness and break the stigma of having this belief that we are robots. You do not have to be in pain, you do not have to be miserable, you definitely do not have to commit suicide!
