Low Head Dam - Frankfort, KY - KY River

Low Head Dams are very dangerous! During a drought you can see what is beneath them. I took this footage at Lock #4 on the Kentucky River in Frankfort, KY during a drought. Normally the water would be high and you wouldn't see the rocks beneath it. Avoid Low Head dams!
