Oblivion NPC Conversation with Dog Attack

Saw this on twitter last night and instantly thought of Oblivion.
I saw a follow up on the man's Instagram story that the dog is doing alright, so now I hope that woman is found and charged accordingly. Thank god the pupper is in better hands.
